There is no charge for setting up or maintaining an investment account on Catalist.

There may be charges when you buy or sell financial products through the Catalist platform, but any fees or charges will be made clear prior to you submitting an investment order.

There is usually no charge to investors for investing in a capital raise auction.

In our public market and in any wholesale markets investors are usually charged a trading fee if they buy or sell in a secondary market auction. The trading fee is usually 0.25% of the value traded with a minimum trading fee of $30 and a maximum trading fee of $150.

If the price of a financial product is quoted to 3 decimal places, all amounts payable by buyers are rounded up to the nearest whole cent, and all amounts payable to sellers are rounded down to the nearest whole cent. The amount of such rounding, which will be less than $0.01 for each investment order, may be retained by Catalist as an additional fee for managing those particular transactions.
